Factory Appliance Service

Factory Appliance Service is based at 11160 Dover St in southwest Houston, between Alief and Missouri City, and specializes in repairing premium household appliances. Its work includes Thermador refrigerator repair, Bosch dishwasher repair, freezer repair and ice machine repair, along with general diagnostics on high-end kitchen equipment.

Several customers say they tried multiple repair companies before finding a technician who truly understood Thermador equipment, and one now calls no one else. Another homeowner describes a frustrating search for Bosch dishwasher service that ended when this team restored the unit to working condition. Reviewers frequently mention accurate diagnosis, efficient staff and fair pricing, although one customer was unhappy with a quote change, so it helps to confirm pricing before booking. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Owners of luxury kitchens in Sugar Land, Bellaire, Meyerland, Missouri City and southwest Houston seeking specialist repair for built-in refrigeration and dishwashers are an ideal fit. Request a free quote through Repairior.
