This Privacy Policy explains what information Repairior collects, how we use it and the choices you have. By using Repairior you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and, for businesses, business contact details.
- Reviews and questions — the content you post, your display name and country, which are shown publicly.
- Quote requests — the name, email, phone, ZIP code and message you send to a business.
- Usage data — pages viewed, searches, IP address, browser and device type, used for security and statistics.
- Payment data — processed by Paddle. We receive the plan, status and a customer reference, never your card number.
How we use information
- To run the directory, publish reviews and deliver quote requests to the business you contact.
- To verify businesses and investigate suspicious reviews.
- To send account, review and billing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To show businesses anonymous statistics such as profile views and search impressions.
Sharing
We share quote requests only with the business you send them to. We use trusted processors for hosting, email delivery and payments (Paddle). We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms, and first-party analytics to count profile views. See our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Most details can be changed in your account; for anything else email [email protected]. California and EU/UK residents have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR, which we honour.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Published reviews remain public until you delete them or your account. Quote requests are kept for 24 months.
