No. Nobody can pay to remove or hide reviews. You can reply publicly and report reviews that break our guidelines.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Plan & Billing. Your listing stays online on the Free plan.

Who handles payments?

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles invoices and sales tax.
