Every review on record gives five stars, and a technician named Steve comes up again and again. Customers describe him arriving ahead of schedule, finding the fault quickly and finishing within the hour, including on a 26-year-old Amana dryer. One homeowner said he cleaned the dryer and its full exhaust run and handled an extra issue at no added charge. Fair pricing, solid problem diagnosis and punctuality are the most common keyword themes. Hours are 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday.
