Amtech Elevator Services

Amtech Elevator Services has a Houston office in the Prologis Post Oak center on N Post Oak Rd in northwest Houston (77055). The company works mainly with commercial buildings, providing elevator repair in Houston, hydraulic elevator repair, freight elevator repair, elevator modernization, emergency elevator repair and full maintenance service agreements for office, retail and multifamily properties.

Elevator maintenance is the core of the relationship for many clients. Building owners say their elevators run well under Amtech’s care, and some have renewed their maintenance contracts for another year after seeing steady results. Customers describe the service technicians as good to work with. One property noted that the local team, under its current management, put real effort into keeping the elevators in good shape, and the technicians were able to get an elevator running again without buying parts after a previous contractor had said an expensive component was required. That kind of practical troubleshooting can save owners significant money on aging equipment.

Amtech Elevator Services suits property managers, facility managers and commercial building owners who need maintenance coverage, repairs or modernization planning for older elevator systems. The office opens at 8 AM. Request a free quote from Amtech Elevator Services through Repairior to discuss a maintenance plan or a specific repair.
