The company handles plumbing repairs such as kitchen sink repair, garbage disposal repair, shower valve replacement, water heater repair, toilet repair, drain work and slab leak detection, and also takes on exterior repair projects.

Reviewers highlight responsiveness and transparency. One homeowner had a technician on site within three hours of calling on a Monday morning about a broken disposal, with pricing explained beforehand. Another, dealing with barely any water from a shower, said the team opened the panel without damage and replaced the valve efficiently. A separate customer praised Kevin for clear daily updates on a painting and trim project. Affordability and quick jobs are frequent themes.
