Thomas & Sons Plumbing & Water Heaters is based on Louetta Road in northwest Houston, between Champions and Spring. Open 24 hours, 7 days, the team covers water heater repair, sewer backups, drain clearing, septic and well plumbing, kitchen faucet replacement and emergency plumbing for homes.

Reviewers describe fast help in stressful moments. One homeowner with a major broken pipe said Brody was the plumber to call for quick, quality emergency work. Another, without a working kitchen faucet and dishwasher for two weeks, found the office able to send someone on short notice. A third customer lost hot water on a fairly new 40-gallon heater, requested a free estimate and had a technician arrive on time to check the unit. The office is frequently praised for being easy to reach.
