Dynamic Elevators Inc.

Dynamic Elevators Inc. is a veteran-owned elevator service company serving Houston and Southeast Texas. The company handles commercial elevator repair, residential elevator repair, hydraulic elevator repair, freight elevator repair, elevator maintenance, and elevator modernization in Houston, working on equipment in offices, residential buildings, self-storage facilities, and other properties, with online booking available.

Elevator modernization is a major focus, with upgrades aimed at improving safety, code compliance, and the passenger experience in older buildings. Customers repeatedly highlight the company’s responsiveness and knowledgeable staff. When a commercial elevator was knocked out by flooding, the team responded quickly and provided accurate quotes and invoices with no surprise costs. After a power surge melted controller boards in a residential building and left residents climbing eight flights of stairs, the crew worked through the repair until the elevator was back in service. The company is also willing to take on older freight elevators that other contractors turn down, and clients describe the work as cost efficient and professional with solid elevator performance afterward.

Dynamic Elevators Inc. suits building owners, condo and apartment managers, office property managers, and storage operators who need fast repair or a long-term modernization plan. Request a free quote from Dynamic Elevators Inc. through Repairior.
